Rosen Automotive is a family-owned and operated group of dealerships serving customers in the Milwaukee and Madison area. We are currently in search of a Mobile Service Technician who wants to cruise around in our awesome Rosen Ford Mobile Service Van with new-state-of-the art-tools to work out of our Rosen Ford Store in Belleville, WI., outside of Madison. RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities

Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.
Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are well-informed of any additional services needed.
Provide an estimate of time the needed for additional repairs.
Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

2-3 years experience
ASE Certification NOT required, but a plus
C-B level
Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies
Computer Savy
Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment
Excellent customer service skills
Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
Team player with ability to collaborate effectively with others when necessary
Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
Ability to be self-manage and work without supervision
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
