## Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to speak Spanish and English with fluency and have expertise in various mechanical systems, different equipment, and worked with different types of vehicles. They should have knowledge and experience in engine/transmission swapping, automotive diagnostics, brake repair, how to change parts, basic knowledge like changing oil, experience with lifts and know how to talk to customers.

## Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of mechanical vehicles and equipment
- Diagnose/ troubleshoot issues with vehicles and change parts
- Conduct brake repairs, shocks/struts replacements, oil changes, and much more maintenance on vehicles
- Speak to customers

- Open/ Close Shop and work Weekends

## Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mechanic or similar role
- Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and repair
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Ability to perform brake repairs oil changes and many more repairs
- Ability to talk to customers

You will learn our shop environments and how we work we are a small shop family run in Hayward. We also would prefer body work experience but not required. Should be straight forward not all info is directly listed but give us a phone call if you are interested at

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 54 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Day shift
Evening shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed

Experience:

Mechanical knowledge: 3 years (Required)
