The position of Lube Technician is vital to our dealerships. The right employee will have working knowledge of Lube Technician skills and at least 2 years of recent experience in the field. ASE certification and customer service skills are required. Additionally, Max Motors Dealerships takes the safety of our staff and customers seriously and all employees are expected to do the same.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Process high volumes of tasks relating to oil changes and maintenance for the Dealership and customers.

Interact with co-workers and customers in a kind and professional manner.

Interact with customers and employees in resolving vehicle repair and maintenance questions and all other general related issues.

Responsible for meeting and maintaining departmental performance indicators and team metrics.

Qualifications

Must have automotive repair experience.

Must be able to deliver top notch customer service.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills.

Strong prioritizing and problem-solving skills.

Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to handle and complete high-volume transactions with minimal errors.

Ability to work independently, with little direction.

Must be a team player with a positive, winning attitude.
