We are a licensee owned shop which means we use the Cottman name only but we are a family owned business.

**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Automotive Shop Foreman/Mechanic to join our team. Someone who is energetic, motivated and can work in a fast paced enviroment. We are a family owned business that treat our employees like family. We are a highly reputable shop and take pride in our work. We are open Monday-Friday a DO NOT work weekends.

**Responsibilities**

- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any issues or needed maintenance (diagnosing transmissions is preferred)

- Must be able to troubleshoot and repair automotive electrical systems, including complex electrical systems found in modern vehicles

- Maintaining the shop (making sure shop equipment is working, tools are put away etc)

-Quality Control (test driving vehciles, making sure the vehicles are repaired correctly, etc)

-Be the liason between the Technicians performing the repairs and the Advisors

- Assigning jobs to the technicians and assisting them in whatever issues they may have

- Stay current with the latest developments in automotive technology and repair techniques

-Ordering parts when needed

-Perform vehicle repairs

**Qualifications**

- 5+ years performing Shop Foreman/ Technician duties

- Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems and diagnostics

- MUST have valid drivers license

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to align with the company's mission and values

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
