If you're a level 3 Master Tech, you'll want to hear about our apprentice program. We provide you with an apprentice, you book all of the time, and when the apprentice is trained, you are bonused on their turned hours as long as you both continue working at Legacy! Certified Automotive Mechanical Technician,

Responsibilities:

--Diagnose and assess repairs for all vehicle problems

--Troubleshoot and evaluate all customer concerns

--Manage repair orders

--Maintain a professional work station including the tool box, vehicle lift, and general work area

--Diligent about driver safety and obedience to all federal, state, and local laws

--Meet or exceed hourly goals

--Work closely with the parts and service departments

--Ensure quality work and that the repairs will be satisfactory to the customer

Requirements:

--Competency and Efficiency

--High school diploma required

--Technical school training required

--ASE certifications are preferred not required

--Professional appearance and communication

--Ability to handle multiple tasks

--Desire for long-term career development

--Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Experience preferred not required
