ATL Sprinters is a leading provider of luxury Sprinter van rentals in the Atlanta area, catering to groups of up to 15 people. We specialize in transforming ordinary Sprinters into rolling masterpieces through high-end customization. Our fleet consists entirely of Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans, ensuring a comfortable and stylish travel experience. ATL Sprinters offers a unique blend of luxury, personalization, and exceptional service.

As a Sprinter HVAC Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients experience optimal comfort on the road. You'll diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of climate control systems in Sprinter vans, from air conditioning and heating units to ventilation systems and electronic controls. Experience with RV systems, Premier/Pro Air Systems a big plus

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair Sprinter HVAC malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques specific to Mercedes-Benz Sprinter systems.
Perform preventive maintenance on climate control systems, including leak detection, filter replacements, and system recharges.
Ensure proper system operation and verify repairs meet client expectations.
Communicate effectively with clients, explaining repair needs and estimated costs in a clear and concise manner.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
Stay up-to-date on the latest Sprinter HVAC technologies through ongoing training.

Qualifications:

ASE Certification in Heating and Air Conditioning (preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive HVAC Technician or related role with a focus on Mercedes-Benz Sprinter systems a plus.
Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems and refrigeration principles.
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (may be required).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $21.31 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
