Job Overview:

We are seeking an Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive service and possess mechanical knowledge to perform maintenance and repairs on vehicles. Experience in automotive or diesel repair a plus. Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep RAM training provided.

Responsibilities:

- Perform diagnostic procedures on vehicles to identify issues accurately and efficiently, ensuring vehicles are fixed right, first visit.

-Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing advanced automotive diagnostic equipment and tools to troubleshoot and resolve vehicle problems.

- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles and provide excellent customer service by explaining repair recommendations and answering customer questions.

-Keep accurate records of all services performed and parts utilized.

- Stay updated on current automotive technologies, repair techniques, and manufacturer guidelines.

- Maintain an organized work area and practice safety standards at all times.

- Maintain realistic weekly & digital flat-hour goals as set by the Service Manager

Experience:

- Previous experience as an automotive technician with strong emphasis on diagnostic skills preferred
- Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic equipment and computerized systems
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and components
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures and best practices

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and certification programs

- Experience in working with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM, and FIAT vehicles preferred

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
