We will supply you will all the work you can handle (we have never sent someone home due to lack of work). We have some of the highest income earning technicians in the industry (the size of our dealership and customer base means a steady stream of consistent work).

If you are an A Technician with the right set of skills, we will even supply you with an apprentice/helper to improve your efficiency and effectiveness if this is something you would be open to (you make more money with a helper, and we train the next generation of technicians; everybody wins.
FINANCIALS:
A Technicians: $45-50 Hourly Flag ($80k-$200k Range Based on Hours and Efficiency)
B Technicians: $38-44 Hourly Flag ($65k-$160k Range Based on Hours and Efficiency)
C Technicians: $30-38 Hourly Flag ($63k-$150k Range Based on Hours and Efficiency)

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Positive Attitude
- Strong Work Ethic
- Show up on time and ready to work
- Experience / Proven Track Record as an Automotive Technician
- Strong understanding of the service drive
- Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Basic computer competencies
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with ability to collaborate with others effectively
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
- Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Frequently move items weighing as much as 50 pounds
- Constantly working in outdoor conditions
- Mainly working in a standing position
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.
- Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
