Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles, ensuring all work meets safety standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot automotive issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
- Utilize schematics to understand vehicle systems and perform repairs accurately.
- Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service and support to customers.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through continuous education.
Experience
- Proven experience in automotive service and repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with power tools effectively.
- Familiarity with automotive electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for various vehicle systems.
- Experience with welding techniques is advantageous but not required.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in all aspects of work.
