Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various automotive issues. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for cars and a strong mechanical aptitude.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues, such as transmission problems, brake repairs, and auto body repairs
- Conduct vehicle inspections and provide accurate assessments of necessary repairs
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve mechanical problems
- Perform electrical system repairs and troubleshooting
- Install and repair shocks, struts, and other suspension components
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques and procedures
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and use power tools effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
