We are looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all vehicles are serviced properly. The successful candidate will be reliable, will have a positive attitude, and is willing to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and accurately perform quality repair work in accordance with dealership’s and factory standards.
- Use Diagnostic Equipment and Special Service tools to test vehicle components.
- Road-tests vehicles to ensure diagnosis and quality repair has been completed.
- Repair vehicles under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, steering, electrical, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicate directly with service advisors regarding the status of the service work, estimated time for completion, and any additional needed repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
- Continue education in formal training sessions as well as through factory modules.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions about vehicle repairs.
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic is required
- Strong knowledge of Honda vehicles is preferred
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing automotive issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Able to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work in a non-climate controlled environment
- Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, twist, and lift heavy objects as needed
- Valid California drivers license with a clean driving record

Pay: $66,560.00 - $135,000.00 per year
