What We’re Looking For
Level A Automotive Technicians (Diagnostic Specialists):
- Expert in diagnostics, advanced troubleshooting, and complex repairs
- Proficient with automotive repair software like AllData, ProDemand, and Identifix
- Ability to diagnose complex electrical and mechanical issues
- Experienced with ADAS technology (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) is a plus
- Passion for solving tough problems and delivering exceptional service
Level B Automotive Technicians (R&R and Maintenance):
- Skilled in repair and replacement (R&R) tasks, including engine and transmission work
- Experience in performing routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, etc.
- Knowledgeable in diagnostics for common vehicle issues, but focusing on repairs and replacements
- Comfortable working with mechanical systems and performing hands-on tasks
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and collaborate with others

Level A Automotive Technician (Diagnostic Specialist)
Job Summary

You’ll work on a wide variety of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics to identify complex issues
- Use tools and software like AllData, ProDemand, and Identifix for troubleshooting
- Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Repair and replace complex components like engines, transmissions, and drivetrains
- Provide customers with accurate estimates of repair costs and timelines
- Collaborate with service advisors to ensure smooth workflow
- Stay up-to-date on automotive technologies, especially ADAS systems
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive diagnostics and repair
- Familiarity with ADAS technology is a plus

As a Level B Technician, you will ensure reliable, safe, and efficient repairs for our customers' vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Perform heavy repairs and replacements like engine and transmission work
- Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic equipment and recommend repairs
- Repair and replace faulty components like brakes, suspension, and drivetrains
- Work with vehicle schematics to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems
- Collaborate with service advisors to provide accurate repair estimates
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in automotive repairs, especially R&R tasks
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems (engines, transmissions, suspension)
