West Automotive Group is looking for a Outside Sales person/Service Writer for our five locations, to work with our existing clients and to make sales calls to businesses in need of Automotive Repair and maintenance along with having the ability to work as Service writer.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer service oriented individual to be responsible for the following:
- Advise customers about necessary service for routine maintenance.
- Help identify a mechanical problem by questioning the customer or doing a visual inspection or road test.
- Confer with customers about inspection results, recommend corrective procedures, and prepare work order for needed repairs.
- Prepare repair orders showing time, cost, and labor estimates for service.
- Write a brief description of the problem on the repair order to help the mechanic locate the problem.
- Explain the work performed and the charges to the customer.
- Handle customer concerns.
