Duties:
- Comfortable with bumper-to-bumper work on classic vehicles (1920's to 1980's)
- Comfortable with LS conversions
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, such as engine problems, electrical malfunctions, and suspension or steering issues.
- Use hand tools and power tools to disassemble, assemble, and repair various vehicle components.
- Weld and fabricate metal parts as needed.
- Conduct inspections and testing of vehicles to identify any additional repair needs.
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed.
- Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Requirements:
- Self motivated with a sense of urgency
- AC 609 completed
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for repairs
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues effectively
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
