Job Title: Roadside Assistance Technician (Independent Contractor)
Job Summary: Ready to be a hero on the road? We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and skilled Roadside Assistance Technicians to join our dynamic team of independent contractors! In this exhilarating role, you’ll provide quick, effective roadside assistance to stranded motorists, turning their tough days into safe journeys. With your own trusty vehicle and flexible availability, you’ll make a real difference out there!
What You’ll Do:
- Respond swiftly to calls for help from stranded drivers—your mission awaits!
- Deliver essential services like jump-starts, tire changes, fuel deliveries, and lockout rescues.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of motorists while keeping yourself and their vehicles secure.
- Shine with your excellent customer service skills, guiding motorists through the process with ease.
- Keep track of your heroic deeds by maintaining accurate records and submitting timely reports.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in roadside assistance or a related field is preferred (but if you’re a quick learner, we want to hear from you!).
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record—safety first!
- Your own reliable vehicle with active insurance—let’s hit the road!
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays—your schedule, your adventure!
- Great communication skills and a knack for customer service.
- The ability to work independently and tackle problems on the fly.
Additional Requirement:
- Bring your own tools to tackle all those roadside tasks like a pro!
