Pay Scale: The Lube Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $20.00 – $24.00
Job Purpose: Services automobiles by ascertaining and completing service requirements; maintaining service standards and records.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Completes service requirements by changing oil; checking and adjusting tire pressure; lubricating joints and undercarriage; replacing filters; testing and adjusting belts; filling fluid levels; evaluating tire wear and alignment, and windshield wiper wear; tightening loose assemblies and connections; tuning engines.
- Maintains quality service by following service standards.
- Maintains safe work environment by adhering to work standards and practices.
- Documents services by completing records.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
