We have extremely low turn-over and we are getting ready to unveil our Heavy-Duty Shop to accommodate the demand for Level 3 Technicians. We’re conveniently located on I-83 south about 3 miles above the Baltimore beltway and 18 miles from the PA Border.
Level 3 Technician - Essential Duties
- Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
- Diagnoses the cause of any malfunction and performs repair.
- Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts.
- Saves and tags parts of the job if under warranty or if requested by the customer.
- Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.
- Communicates with service advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time.

Pay and Sign-on Bonus
Sign-on Bonus of up to $5,000 based on experience Level. Pay is up to $50 per hour based on experience, certifications and performance. We have several technicians currently making 6 figures a year.
