Position Overview:
We are seeking automotive technicians of all experience levels to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles. Our ideal candidates are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
Qualifications:
Entry-Level Technicians:
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair.
- Willingness to learn and receive training.
- The passion for automotive repair
- High level of motivation, energy and a customer-focused attitude.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
- Availability to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends as needed
Mid-Level Technicians:
- Previous experience in automotive repair (1-3 years preferred).
- ASE certification(s) is a plus but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- The passion for automotive repair
- High level of motivation, energy and a customer-focused attitude.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
- Availability to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends as needed
Master Technicians:
- Extensive experience in automotive repair (5+ years).
- ASE Master Technician certification preferred.
- Inspection License- where applicable
- Leadership skills and ability to mentor junior technicians.
- The passion for automotive repair
- High level of motivation, energy and a customer-focused attitude.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
- Availability to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends as needed
