Responsibilities of Diesel Technician:
- Repair diesel/Ag trucks and equipment
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance on diesel equipment
- Use diagnostic tools to test vehicle components
- Perform quality inspections prior to returning the vehicle to the customer
- Our diesel technician will be responsible for all maintenance of our fleet
- As a diesel technician you will work in a clean safe environment
Qualifications of Diesel Technician:
- Previous experience as a technician/ diesel technician
- Heavy duty/Agriculture equipment experience required
- experience with repairs and troubleshooting of engines such as Cummins, Detroit and Cat preferred
- Knowledge of shop equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- 3-5 years of diesel, Ag, or Automotive technician experience preferred
- Technical degree preferred
- CDL preferred
- diesel technician training is provided as well
