Who We’re Looking For:
- ASE Certification is preferred but not required.
- At least 2 years of experience in automotive services.
- Proficiency with the latest vehicle diagnostic equipment.
- Valid driver’s license
- Customer Communication: Ability to clearly explain vehicle issues and solutions to customers, driving service sales with professionalism and confidence.
- Team Player: Ready to collaborate and support team services, ensuring comprehensive customer care
Automotive Technician/Mechanic Requirements:
- ASE Certification is preferred but not required
- 2+ years experience performing automotive services preferred
- Familiar with the latest vehicle diagnostic equipment
- A valid driver's license required
- Courteous and professional with customers
Automotive Technician/Mechanic Responsibilities:
- Working with customers to understand their concerns.
- Diagnosing vehicle issues and communicating them to the customer.
- Produce accurate and itemized work estimates for customers.
- Effectively perform the automotive services required.
- Support the lube tech team with oil changes when no mechanic work is in the shop.
