In this position you are expected to:
- Be a self starter and be willing to listen and learn.
- Come in every day you are scheduled with a smile and great attitude, and be ready to seize the day and every opportunity in front of you.
- Learn everything about the Nissan brand, and become an expert on the product so you can be a great resource for your customers. (You will be trained).
- Treat all customers with respect and care.
- Manage internet inquiries assigned to you and convert those leads into appointments.
- Make 40-60 outbound calls, emails, texts a day to generate as many appointments for yourself as possible.
- Handle inbound sales phone calls, and convert those calls into appointments.
- Embrace training on the steps to a sale and trust the process to maximize your amount of customers sold.
- Follow up with your sold customers and make sure they are completely satisfied and get in as many perfect score surveys as possible.
There is no limit to the amount of money you can make, it all depends on how smart, and hard you want to work for it.
