This shop has grown from a small side business to a full-service operation with 8 bays, 8 lifts, and a dedicated team of automotive professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, inspections, maintenance, and repair work
- Support in areas where bottlenecks exist, such as inspections or estimating, depending on skill set
- Manage time effectively and keep up with the workflow, maintaining a steady pace
- Collaborate with service advisors, parts managers, and other staff to ensure smooth shop operations
- Support team members and demonstrate an adaptable, can-do attitude
Qualifications
- Experience in automotive repair and diagnostics
- Ability to work efficiently and manage time
- Willingness to perform a variety of tasks as needed, from diagnostics to inspections and estimating
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team
