Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and oil changes on vehicles.
Assist in the inspection of vehicles to determine the necessity of additional maintenance or repairs.
Replace air, oil, and cabin filters to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
Rotate and balance tires for improved drivability and extended tire life.
Keep accurate records of service and repairs conducted on each vehicle.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a helpful and professional manner.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience as a lube technician or in a similar automotive role is preferred.
Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Certifications: ASE certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
Technical Skills: Proficient in using automotive diagnostic tools and equipment.
Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and standing for extended periods.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve vehicle maintenance issues effectively.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and customers.
Safety Awareness: Adherence to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
