Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paintless Dent Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2- 3 years of experience in paintless dent repair . The PDR Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of service and quality. There will be opportunities for growth if the candidate is willing to train and work well with others.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and estimate repair costs for auto dealer and retail clients.
- Perform repairs using PDR techniques including glue pulling and massage.
- Have knowledge of auto door and roof assembly for access to dent.
- Conduct inspections to ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Document repairs and maintenance performed on equipment for record-keeping purposes.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Repair Technician or similar role in a mechanical or automotive environment.
- Proficiency in PDR techniques.
- Experience working in a dealership setting is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.
Background checks and Drug screening are required for employement.
Canidate must also have a clean driving record.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
