Charlie's Subaru is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic individual to add to our team. Must be customer service focused and a quick learner.
The basic responsibilities of this position is to provide subaru customers with a second "delivery" of thier new vehicle. While the customer is still in the building, you would set up an appointment with the customer to have them come back 14-60 days later to go back over the features and answer any questions that they have after driving their vehicle. You will need to help with questions on Bluetooth, Starlink, adaptive cruise control, Apple Carplay/Android Auto, and much more.
The second responsibility of the job would be to act as a customer service liason and connect with customers in the service department, address concerns, bring concerns to management that may require higher attention, fostering dealership - customer relationships and representing the Subaru "Share the Love" mentality.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
