Protech Regional Vice President of Field Operations

Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of Management Experience on a regional Manager or Director level in the automotive industry or a mobile business with B2B sales experience
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
- Previous regional, or equivalent manager experience with proven success record in B2B
- Excellent internal and external sales and customer service skills; personable, friendly demeanor with World Class customer service approach to internal and external customers
- Excellent communication skills : ability to effectively communicate with others, oral and written
- Ability to gain understanding of the ADAS, and mechanical / diagnostic business lines as well as ability to read and understand basics of repair instructions, written estimates, and work orders
- Clear understanding of how to properly read a P&L
- Analytical capabilities to design and develop operational metrics and tools to drive field performance
- Effective problem-solving skills; strong analytic skills and ability to influence, coach, train, and motivate teammates in a managerial role
- Critical thinking skills; an aptitude for decision making and judgment calls
- Ability to develop and execute on strategic plans
- Ability to work with and learn multiple computer applications
- Must be willing to adjust the scope of responsibilities as the business needs shift through company growth
- Highly organized; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Team Player : ability to work through situations as a group and give / accept constructive criticism
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Protech’s insurance policy (Not an excluded driver)
- Moderate travel required to all assigned regions
Responsibilities
- Provide company direction and leadership to ensure all assigned markets are fully operational and integrated to the company culture
- Provide clear expectations and necessary resources, training & information for each Regional Manager, and every General Manager
- Ensure each region has the proper tooling to perform their duties and establish specific performance metrics and mentor and guide Regional Managers, and in return, General Managers, through ongoing feedback & continuous communication
- Mitigate risk; recognize and proactively manage potential opportunities : teammate, safety, client, facility, vehicles, repair methodology, etc
- Analyze and assess market performance using data; identify tools to address root cause of opportunity
- Source, grow, and maintain regional client & customer relationships both internal and external; capitalize on market opportunities and build new strategic relationships
- Maintain and communicate market service abilities through diagnostic tooling, continued training, teammates skillsets
- Execution on company strategic initiatives
- Collaboration on the continuous company improvements coupled with implementation of new process / technology
- Expert in B2B customer base and ability to grow and expand markets customer and territory base
Compensation and Benefits
- $150k-$175K annually
