Job Description:
As an Automotive Refinement Technician, you will play a key role in enhancing and protecting our clients' vehicles. You will be responsible for performing detailed automotive care and protection services, ensuring each vehicle leaves our facility looking impeccable and shielded from environmental damage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Auto Detailing: Thorough cleaning, polishing, and detailing of both exterior and interior surfaces to achieve showroom-quality finishes.
- Paint Protection Film Installation: Expertly apply PPF to protect vehicle surfaces from scratches, rock chips, and environmental wear.
- Window Tint Installation: Precisely cut and install high-quality window tints to enhance privacy, reduce heat, and protect interiors from UV damage.
- Ceramic Coating Application: Apply advanced ceramic coatings to protect vehicle paint, glass, and trim, creating a long-lasting, hydrophobic finish.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished work for perfection, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards.
- Customer Interaction: Occasionally engage with clients to explain services and care instructions, ensuring satisfaction with the final product.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in auto detailing, paint protection film installation, window tinting, and ceramic coating.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
