We are seeking an experienced Automotive Paint Technician. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces (sand, fill, clean, mask, prime), applying paint (matching, mixing and blending paint), and utilizing various application techniques to achieve the desired finish (wetsand, buff, touch-up scratches) while ensuring high-quality results.
This is a part-time position with the potential to go full-time after a trial period. Candidates must be able to commute to Union City, McDonough, and Marietta weekly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Paint Technician
- Knowledgable in color matching and blending
- Knowledgable in painting techniques and materials
- Skilled in preparing automobiles (sand, fill, clean, mask, and prime)
- Skilled in finishing techniques (wetsand, buff, touch-up)
- Timeliness is essential
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Auto body experience is a plus
