We’re looking for an enthusiastic Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team. What You'll Be Doing:
- Gear Up for Success: Prep and load our state-of-the-art service trucks, and hit the road with a smile!
- On-the-Go Service: Travel to customer locations, conduct thorough inspections, and perform preventive maintenance on a diverse range of commercial vehicles and equipment.
- Compliance Champion: Ensure all work meets CVSA, COMAR, and DOT standards, and keep our clients’ vehicles running in top shape.
- Lead and Inspire: Guide a fellow technician or apprentice and share your knowledge to help them grow.
- Customer Rockstar: Deliver exceptional service and build strong relationships with our valued customers.

What We’re Looking For:
- Education & Training: High school diploma or equivalent (required); vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair (preferred).
- Skills & Certifications: Experience with diagnosing major components (engines, transmissions, differentials), OEM training, ASE Certification, and 608/609 certifications are a plus. Proficiency with tools including welding and diagnostic equipment is essential.
- Driver’s License: A valid CDL driver’s license is a plus (and you’ll need or be willing to get an air brake certification).

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to move, stand, walk, and sit frequently.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs (23kg) and occasionally up to 100lbs (45kg).
- Vision abilities must include close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
