We are currently seeking an Automotive Service Technician to become an integral part of our team! Due to the custom nature of our business, we do not work on flat-rate, this position is hourly with weekly overtime available!
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair automotive vehicles
- Perform routine vehicle tune-ups and maintenance
- Provide labor and time estimates for automotive repairs
- Inspect and test vehicles for necessary adjustments
- Read and follow OEM installation manuals, consulting manufacturer websites and installation videos when needed
- Work with fellow technicians to share knowledge and gain skills with on-the-job training
- You may be required to work on trucks, brand new makes and models, and high-end luxury vehicles
- You may be required to work with both our sales and service teams to maximize company and individual productivity goals
- Weekly cleaning/organizing of your work station
- You may be required to learn new skills in the areas of: suspension, lift kits, tuning, modification, etc.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an automotive technician, mechanic, or other related fields
- Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- You must possess your own tools/toolbox
