Duties:
- Perform auto body repair and restoration work on vehicles
- Conduct inspections and assessments to determine the extent of damage and necessary repairs
- Repair and replace damaged body parts, including panels, fenders, and doors
- Repair or replace auto glass as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns
Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience in auto body repair and restoration
- Proficiency in airless paint spraying techniques for auto painting
- Familiarity with auto estimating software and tools
- Mechanical aptitude for diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues related to body work
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required in the course of the job
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workmanship
- Strong problem-solving skills to address complex repair challenges
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
