This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. *Responsibilities* - Perform high-quality automotive repairs and restoration on vehicles, ensuring adherence to safety standards and manufacturer specifications. - Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed for repairs. - Utilize airless paint spraying techniques for vehicle finishing, ensuring a smooth and professional appearance. - Fabricate parts as necessary to restore vehicles to their original condition. - Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify damage and necessary repairs. - Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair processes and timelines. - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality outcomes. - Handle heavy lifting of automotive parts and equipment safely and effectively. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols. *Requirements* - Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role in automotive repair or restoration. - Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques, including auto painting, assembly, and fabrication. - Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus. - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients. - Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties. - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. - Valid driver's license is preferred.
