Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. As a Technician at Charlie & Ray's, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining our client's vehicles. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- Conduct brake inspections, repairs, and replacements
- Conduct multipoint Digital Vehicle Health Inspections
- Perform suspension repairs
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex problems
- Utilize high end shop management software to document accurate records of all repairs and services performed
- Communicate effectively with service advisor team regarding vehicle issues and recommended repairs
- Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain a clean work area and shop
Skills:
- Proven experience as a successful Automotive Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance requirements and repair techniques
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work closely with other team members toward a common goal of taking care of our clients
- ASE and/or Diesel Certifications (Active or Expired)
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a vocational or technical training program in automotive technology is preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
