We are currently looking to add an Automotive Mechanic / Technician to join our team. You should have demonstrated experience in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of cars, vans, and shuttle buses.
You will :
- Perform Med to Light Heavy Mechanical repairs / replacement
- Perform Oil Changes
- Rotate tires during Preventative Maintenance
- Ensure tire tread depth is not less than required, and replace if needed
- Ensure Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) is within specification (No warning light present)
- Verifies that all vehicle controls are in working order
- Perform Vehicle Safety check prior to release for rental use
- Document each repair, and or service using the Repair Order Record sheet
- Create an Electronic Repair Order (ERO) for every vehicle worked
- Communicate any persistent vehicle issues or defect to location Fleet manager / supervisor
Requirements :
- ASE Certification(s) Strongly desired
- High School Diploma, GED or Technical school graduate
- Previous work history in the automotive field
