## Overview
Mercedes-Benz of Centerville is seeking a high-motivated, driven Mercedes-Benz Service Automotive Service Technician to join our team!
In this role, you will interact with Service Advisors, other Technicians, Parts Advisors, Cashiers, and Managers. The right candidate will be certified with strong diagnostic skills. ## Responsibilities
- Performing work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.
- Test-driving vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
- Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicating directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
## Skills
- Pay will be determined based on experience and other key qualifications, highline experience is preferred but not required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in the use of automotive service tools is highly preferred, but not required
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
- Have a valid driver license and clean driving record
