Lake Windsor Country Club in Windsor, WI is looking for one mechanic to join our 77 person strong team. We are located on 4628 Golf Dr. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working.
JOB DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
- Inspects, maintains and repairs all mowing equipment including but not limited to the following: Reel Mowers, Rotary Mowers, Tractors, Utility carts, 2-cycle power equipment, heavy & light duty trucks and all other equipment. Preventive maintenance, on-going blade & reel sharpening, and safety inspections of all equipment are critical functions of this position
- Ensure quality of cut by inspecting mower performance daily
- Completes setup of all equipment in preparation for future use
- Guide fellow golf maintenance staff members to assist with preventative maintenance, proper cleaning and safe operation of all equipment
- Develop preventative maintenance schedules and maintenance records on all equipment
- Document all repairs
- Participates in Total Property Management (TPM) when required. Duties include, general building maintenance, irrigation system repairs and other mechanical repairs as required
Keeps all work areas clean and organized
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $20.00 - $30.00/hour.
