Jenkins and Wynne Collision Center in Clarksville, TN is currently seeking a Production Assistant to join our team. The Production Assistant will play a key role in assisting with the supervision and direction of collision repair work in our busy automotive repair shop.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of previous experience working in a collision repair shop and will be familiar with the production process. The Production Assistant will work closely with our team of technicians to ensure that all repair work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities of the Collision Production Assistant include:
- Organizing and prioritizing repair jobs
- Ensuring that all necessary parts, glass and materials are in stock
- Communicating with technicians and estimators about the status of their repairs
- Assisting with quality control to ensure that all repairs meet our standards
- Assisting with supplement estimates/photos when needed
- Assisting with checking in vehicles that have been dropped off for repair
- Ensure our technicians are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with Jenkins and Wynne's, insurance partners', and our customers' standards
- Assist or conduct daily production meetings
The Production Assistant must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

- $55k Yearly Salary
- Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
