Job Description : As an R&R Transmission Technician, you will be responsible for the removal and reinstallation of transmissions in a variety of vehicles.
Your expertise will ensure that transmissions are serviced accurately and efficiently, providing top-notch service to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform removal, inspection, and reinstallation of automatic and manual transmissions.
- Diagnose transmission issues and provide accurate recommendations for repairs or replacements.
- Use specialized tools and equipment to complete transmission services.
- Ensure all work is completed to company standards and follows safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Document services performed and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in transmission repair and service.
- In-depth knowledge of transmission systems, components, and repair techniques.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
