Responsibilities – Lube Tech:
- Perform multi-point inspection of the vehicle including fluids, battery, brakes, belts, tires, etc.
- As needed, change oil, and grease fittings, replace air filters, and engine coolant, rotate and balance tires, etc.
- Use different electronic tools to diagnose and repair areas such as Tires, brake components, and wheel bearings.
- Responsible for keeping shop area neat, clean, and able to always account for all dealership-owned tools.
Requirements – Lube Tech:
Possess a basic understanding of car maintenance/automotive knowledge- Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, etc.
- A positive attitude, good work ethic, and good attention to detail
- Must be able to work well as part of a team and have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
