Position Overview:
As the Lead Express Technician, you will help drive the continued success by providing reliable and impeccable preventive maintenance. You will perform maintenance to keep our customers' vehicles s serviced and on the road safely. Responsible for vehicle quality maintenance, such as oil changes and tire rotations.

Essential Functions:
- Perform specific work on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and per dealership standards
- Diagnose and repair automotive vehicle systems, including flushes, oil changes, tire rotations, etc.
- Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
- Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques through formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology
- Inspect and test new vehicles and record findings so that necessary repairs can be made
Requirements:
- Prior automotive experience (2+ years)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid driver's license and favorable motor vehicle record
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Authorized to work in the United States
