Jaguar Land Rover Fairfield has immediate opportunities for Automotive Technicians. We have a new state-of-the art facility and are looking for technicians to join our growing luxury dealership in Fairfield Connecticut. Compensation commensurate with automotive technical experience, training, and employment history.
Flat-Rate technicians are required to be organized, and focused. Dealership experience is a plus. Clean driving record, drug and background check is mandatory prior to employment.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform thorough inspections of customer vehicles and vehicles in dealer inventory
- Identify necessary repairs and maintenance
- Effectively communicate with Service Advisors to provide quotes for recommended work
- Perform repairs and maintenance
- Document performed services
- Perform services efficiently and according to dealership and manufacturer guidelines
- Obtain necessary parts quotes
- Maintain an organized, clean, safe work area
- Successfully complete all required training on time
- Record all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
- Follow safeguards rules and regulations
- Demonstrate the Company’s Core Values
- Comply with Company policies and procedures
- Observe all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties
Requirements:
- Successful completion of Automotive Technician Training Program
- 3+ Year employment history as an Automotive Technician
- Luxury dealership experience STRONGLY preferred
- ASE certifications preferred
- Ambitious, hardworking presence in a team environment
- Valid Driver’s License

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
