Flag say only 30.0 avg per day (not good enough team production to work at our facility), times 256 workdays for 2024 times $30 - $230,400 before team % split

Flag 44.0 avg per day, times 256 workdays for 2024 times $33 = $371,712 before team % split
Flag 52.0 avg per day, times 256 workdays for 2024 times $37 = $492,544 before team % split

Even with all the struggles the industry has in parts availability, we are currently over $1m in facility sales. NOW, we just added more space so now expanding to 20 Body Technicians AND just adding our 3rd paint booth. We have the vehicle traffic available due to our dealership traffic (toyota, honda, nissan) and the array of DRP relationships. We add a tech and we can immediately add appropriate amount of traffic as we get to our 20 tech limit.

5 day work week, fully Air Conditioned and heated facility, we invest in annual training, and all benefits are live in 2 full calendar months (this includes 401k ... no waiting for 1 year). Vacation is 1 week after 1 year, 2 after 2, and 3 after 10 years. Your vacation hours (40, 80, 120 hrs) are front loaded every January.
