EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
There is currently one (1) fulltime Mechanic (75 bi-weekly hours) vacancy within the Fleet Division of the Department of Public Works. This position is responsible for diagnosing mechanical problems and performing mechanical repairs of approximately 700 gasoline, hybrid, diesel, light truck, and emergency vehicles that are in the county fleet . Emergency repairs and maintenance may need to take place in the field at any time
