We are a light and medium duty Ford truck franchise located at 3401 East Clear Lake Ave. in Springfield. We also work on cars, SUVs, and motorhomes. We are looking for an applicant with a MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR SHOP EXPERIENCE for our service department. PLEASE NOTE: If you do not have more than 2 yrs. actual verifiable automotive repair experience in a service department or automotive repair shop, your resume will not be considered. We offer an hourly pay plan (hourly rate based upon job experience), health/dental/401k available and a clean/safe working environment. Hours would be 7:00am - 3:30pm M-F and in a rotation for Saturdays 7:30am - 12:30pm (usually 1 Saturday per month)
•High School education or equivalent
•Must have valid state driver’s license / Pass pre-employment drug test
•Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted, over 50 pounds assisted, ability to walk frequently, stand for lengthy periods of time, bend, squat and stoop frequently.
•Prefer – manufacturer’s certification or advanced education related to automotive service technology, but not necessary
* You must have your own tools (including air tools)
