**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, the ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our customers while ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. The successful candidate will have a strong background in automotive repairs, specifically in dealership and diesel engine repair, with a focus on maintaining and troubleshooting vehicles. **Duties:** - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating a deep understanding of automotive diagnostics and repair techniques. - Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, identifying and communicating any issues or defects to the customer. - Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including auto body repair and powertrain services. - Troubleshoot and diagnose vehicle problems, including advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), using knowledge of diesel engine repair and welding techniques. - Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure accurate and efficient repair procedures. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, vehicle repairs, and maintenance activities. - Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals, providing personalized service and recommendations to customers. **Skills:** - Strong knowledge of automotive repairs, particularly in dealership and diesel engine repair. - Proficiency with hand tools and power tools, including those used in auto body repair and powertrain services. - Experience with welding techniques. - Familiarity with advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS). - Ability to maintain and troubleshoot vehicles. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
