SERVICE ADVISOR/WRITER
- Greeting customers and scheduling service appointments
- Writing service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs; including upselling.
- Explaining repairs to customers and translating customers’ repair problems into standard repair terminology
- Overseeing and managing the service center's scheduling and workflow
- Handling customer complaints
- Overseeing and managing the service center's scheduling and workflow
- Advise Service Manager of all customer complaints.
- Works with the Service Manager in all aspects of the Service Department in
- fulfilling the responsibilities of the Service Manager (may fill the Service
- Manager's role in their absence).
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment for all technicians.
- Answering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessary
- Promotes loyalty and customer goodwill and protects dealerships image.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE
