The Subaru Express Technician is an entry level position to start your career in the automotive industry. Several years ago, Subaru started this position for individuals who are interested in cars but maybe don't have the technical knowledge or the resources to become a full fledged technician. We will provide all of the necessary training to make you successful. All of the tools/equipment you will need to use will be provided. Our Service Team is interested in a passionate individual who is: motivated, hardworking, and has a willingness to learn. We look forward to working with you.
Express Service Requirements:

- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, and the ability to exercise good judgement.
- Must be18 years or older to apply.
- Valid driver’s license.
Express Service Responsibilities:
- Perform basic maintenance and light repairs on customer vehicles.
- Follow all required safety and hazardous materials procedures as required by dealership policies and applicable laws and regulations.
- Use and maintain dealership-provided tools and equipment in proper operating condition.
- Document inspection findings and maintenance requirements clearly and accurately and communicates them to the Service Advisor.
- Communicate proactively with other associates to ensure a smooth, safe flow of work through the automotive shop.
