Requirements / Responsibilities:
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Previous Tire Service or Automotive knowledge
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Achieving daily/monthly sales goals
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to motivate/ train sales team
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Flexible work schedule
- Stand for long periods of time
- Lifting and exerting up to 50 lbs
- Bi-lingual is a plus
