We are looking for an EXPERIENCED technician with ASE or OEM certifications that wants to work with others that are at the same professional level as themselves and that can provide high quality repairs on vehicles. We are a team that works together to serve our customers and fix cars right thefirst time.
We do things a little differently at our shop and want someone who is open to learning processes that have proven to create an environment that is free from chaos and drama. We know what it's like to feel unappreciated as a great technician. We know how it feels to not have your voice heard and to work with broken or no shop tools. We strive to always show appreciation and be the place EVERYONE wants to work at.
We have doubled our sales for the last three years and have recently expanded our shop. We currently see approximately 500 cars per month with the goal to grow to about 550 cars per month.
Pay will vary based on ability and experience but our A level technicians usually start at $80k per year but some are making well over $100k per year. We fully understand that the person we are looking for likely already has a job.
