Job Responsibilities:
Mirror Match Parts as they arrive from vendors.
Parts ordering and contacting sublet vendors.
Making sure parts are arriving on time and are placed on the correct parts cart.
Enter Parts Invoices in the management software and scan them to the appropriate files.
Managing Parts Returns Timely - returning the part, entering the parts returns into CCC, obtaining the return credit from the vendor and closing out the return in CCC.
Obtaining Credits for Clean Up from Vendors as necessary.
Organizing and stocking the materials area (including clips and various other supplies).
Will also be responsible for assisting Production Manager with various tasks, scanning/calibration, providing back up support in the office, and running vehicles as needed.
Job Requirements
Must hold valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
High school diploma or the equivalent.
Basic knowledge of vehicle makes, models and vehicle parts.
Experience in the Collision Repair Industry a major plus.
Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
This position is out in the shop where it can be loud, dusty, and hot or cool depending on the weather.
